Naadi Astrology (Naadi jyothidam) This days we hear about people with powers of extra sensory perceptions. He also got them translated in to Tamil with the help of Pundits. These palm leaves containing the astrological inscriptions were obtained in auction during the British rule by my fore fathers, who were living a Vaitheeswarankoil more than three hundred years back.

Before revealing the predictions of each person, a palm leaf is first identified by furnishing his date of birth details, planetary positions at the time of his birth, parentage, name of some close relatives, positions in life, marital status etc. After this the predictions for the individual follow from the date of his studying the Naadi to his last day. The past, i.e the happening from date of birth to date of studying the leaf is not covered. This is probably in order to avoid any complications arising in human lives.
